INTRODUCTION

This training CD is invaluable in getting across the "quality" message and reinforcing the importance of "quality".  It can be used for all staff and is particularly useful when inducting new appointees.  It enables you to get your "quality" message across in an effective, interesting and entertaining way.  The training material ensures that all employees have adequate knowledge of the Quality Management System, know the importance of quality and how they contribute to the "quality pot".
