Company Profile
Established in 1984, Quality Management & Training Limited (QM&T) is a provider of 'quality' products and services. QM&T is renowned nationally and internationally, not only for the quality of its training, but also for its extensive range of services it offers. The organisation's quality assurance experiences are broad and varied, ranging from Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 & AS 9100, through developing books, distance learning and software, to major quality improvement initiatives. The client base encompasses the full spectrum of industrial and service disciplines.
QM&T is a registered and accredited education centre for both NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) and the CQI (Chartered Quality Institute) and are members of the BQF (British Quality Foundation).

Quality Support
QM&T can help your company achieve accreditation and provide in-house quality support. We provide this assistance to large and small companies, including long-term provision of Quality Managers and Auditors.
Quality Management & Training
Established in 1984, QM&T is a provider of “quality” products and services. QM&T are members of the British Quality Foundation (BQF) and affiliated to the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI). They are a registered and accredited education centre for both NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) and the CQI.
QM&T are renowned nationally, not only for the quality of their training, but also for their extensive range of services they offer. Their consultants’ experiences are broad and varied. They have been involved with a wide range of companies including, software houses, research and development establishments, aerospace and automotive manufacturers, government departments and hospitals. They are often carried out Quality Manager's role in medium to large size organisations and have a long history of providing in-company training. The Directors are authors of books and numerous articles on Quality Assurance (e.g. the book "Quality Management - Tools & Techniques" is one of the recommended texbooks for the CQI Diploma -D3 module).
QM&T have helped many companies in: successful implementation of ISO 9001; the preparation of quality procedures and manuals; quality awareness seminars for managers from the board through to the shop floor; training of quality auditors e.g. GMP and GLP in the Blood Transfusion service; ISO 9000 workshops / small contractors; research projects with the Health & Safety Executive; the writing of training manuals in Statistical Process Control and FMEA; Consultations with the Health Service with regards to the application of quality assurance; the application of ISO 9000 in the Royal Navy, REME, and various other Ministry of Defence departments, including research organisations. Our track record of 100% pass rate or ISO 9000 first time every time is our testimony of thoroughness and practicality.
Having assisted companies in gaining approval, or provided assistance with regards to their Quality Assurance guidance needs, QM&T services do not stop there. They continue to support on a long term basis to assist companies through the Q-Assist Scheme. This means that a Quality Manager, Quality Auditor or Advisor is appointed, on a full or part-time basis, from one of the skilled and experienced QM&T staff. QM&T provide the Quality Manager role for: Software houses; Hospitals; Manufacturers; Research Organisations; Nikon Cameras, amongst many others. They provide long-term consultancy services for these companies and organisations, including close support both to implement changes and to give confidence in the Q-System.
